CANCELLATION POLICY

Bloom Beauty by Jill Cancellation Policy As a solo professional, my time is valuable, and last-minute cancellations impact my small business. To ensure fairness for all clients, I have a strict non-refundable deposit and cancellation policy in place. Booking & Deposits A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Your deposit will be applied to your service total. If you cancel, reschedule, or no-show, the deposit is forfeited. Cancellations & Rescheduling I require at least 24–48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 100% of the service total. No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service total and may result in a refusal of future bookings. Late Arrivals If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment may be shortened or canceled, and your deposit will not be refunded. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and considered a no-show. Emergency Cancellations I understand that life can be unpredictable, and emergencies may arise. If you need to cancel due to a true emergency, please notify me as soon as possible. While all deposits remain non-refundable, I may offer a one-time reschedule at my discretion. Exceptions are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. By booking an appointment, you agree to this policy. Thank you for respecting my time and supporting my small business!
